La Custom 24 es la guitarra PRS por excelencia: la icónica guitarra que lo dio todo en 1985. La Custom 24-08 conserva todas las características fundamentales del instrumento, a la vez que lleva la plataforma Custom a nuevos horizontes sonoros. Al igual que la serie Core, la SE Custom 24-08 cuenta con dos miniinterruptores de palanca que activan individualmente las humbuckers para obtener sonidos de bobina simple y un total de ocho configuraciones de pastillas.
